Quality assurance or QA is conducted to assure the quality of a product while quality engineering or QE helps for the development of good quality products and processes. In QA only the end product is analysed but in QE the whole group assigned in the project needs to identify the requirement and then developing it. QE thus improves the group skills. They use brainstorming and other analysis methods. Multiple teams are assigned for a single project to make sure the better quality of product and also maintaining it for a long period of time. Each group is well equiped and informed. It makes more efficient and successful products.
