In your organization, how can you contribute to the quality of delivery? Which skills or behaviors can you develop individually to improve collective excellence?

In my organisation I have contributed in quality of delivery in following way-

1. Identifying the business problem and developing solution using my technical and theoretical knowledge.
2. Maintain the project charter and deliver within the define time frame.
3. If facing any infrastructural issue always raise my concern to the higher authority.
4. Always used my own feedback system while work, and corrected errors simultaneously while working.

Some behaviour I a can develop , which can improve collective excellence are-

1. Building team work in the team.
2. Assist team mates if they face any problem.
3. Always learn from people around you.
4. Always keep your learning graph moving.
