Infectious diseases are the disease which caused due to disorders of organisms such as bacteria , funds etc. There are many organisms in our body but all of them are not harmfull rather they are helpful in some or the other way but sometimes due to its disorder they can cause infectious diseases. These infectious diseases may pass from one person to another like in current situation best example is corona virus .while are transmitted due to insects and animals.

Diet and nutrition - Nutrition means diet taken as the sum total of food consumed while the diet is the when for the sake of health and weight management you eat a heathy diet. A complete nutrition is required by the body which includes vitamins minerals amimo acids etc . The habit of taking proper and a healthy diet result in increase span of you life even it will make you healthy and stay away from any disease
