Imagine that you have recently been appointed by the Governor as “Sprawl Czar”. You have been charged with creating policies to combat urban sprawl in the State’s urban areas, particularly in Metro LA. As “Czar” you have unfettered implementation power. Using your knowledge of urban economics and the causes of sprawl, explain the policies and/or programs you would develop. Explain.

To reduce sprawl is the result of the demand and tastes of the population especially young professional, people who value walkability and are willing to pay so people like leas sprawl places . The center of urban development have really made people have really stop settling in these areas , and we have to improve infrastructure including roads , and electricity and need to plan less trafficking and calm poor infrastructure can leads to move out to new areas , well another factor which leads to contribute towards urban sprawl is rise in population growth as population increases beyond capacity . And we can develop good life style , schools construction in less power we can utilize everything and we can serve them by sucessucce development .
