Answer - The major expenses for government of Canada are as follows -

1 - Health sector - This sector accounts for around 32.9 % of the total spending for government. This share is almost one third of the total spending. It is the largest share of expense.

2 - Social care - Almost more than one fourth portion of the total spending is spent on the social security plans by the government which accounts for more than $ 180 billion

3 - Education - Almost more than 14 % of the total spending of Canadian government is done on the education at different level of school , college and university. This expenditure amounted to more than $ 104 billion

4 - The rest portion is spent on the economic matters such as the infrastructural development , etc which creates good employment opportunities for the public.
