   Calcium place a vital role in strengthening our bones and teeth. Sometimes proper calcium absorption do not take place from the dietary source we take. Hence it is mandatory to take calcium suppliments with the consultation of physicians.

It is the responsibility of a nurse to advice MS. to take calcium suppliments only with consultation and advice of physicians. Moreover , She should be informed about the need to avoid intake of calcium and vitamin D together. She can take Tab 500 daily and after 15 days better to take a break of one week.and then continue.
