Entire repatriating process is bifurcated in 4 stages:

  • Preparatory - Here future plans of relocation and closure of bank and any irregularities or pending cases if any are solved. Also onpaper list of all deliverables in new country and Jib Description is formulated.
  • Physical relocation - Here all belonging ties and links are broken and country specific trainings for culture and dialects are given
  • Transition - Here new ways of accommodation are sought, new bank accounts amd new instruments for investment are sough with financial consultants and real estate consultants
  • Readjustment - probationary period of trainings and vigilance is provided to reverse cultural shock an dmentorship is offered for assistance , new role responsibilities are explained and salary structure is redefined and newer teams are alloted.
