1. The elements of the case must evolve arouns burglary and not other form of crime.

2. The incident must involve stealing of some valuable stuff from the residence or harming and wounding of the people living there.

3. The person who has been accussed of burglary must have entered the house without the consent of the family members living there.

Evidence to prove burglary may include ;-

1. Finger prints evidence.

2. Digital evidence ( cell phone records, e-mail messages)

3. Valuable physical evidence at the site of crime.

4. Biological evidence ( hair, body fluids etc)
