Personal ethic is highly required along with the professional ethic. A person gather personal ethic from his/her family, society, and surroundings. People get this from their childhood. But when that person enters into the profession (like marketing work), there must be some working ethics which needed to be taught to him/her. This is the reason why the training is required for marketing people.

Example: Mr A has personal ethic of respecting people by not talking rowdily; he was trained in marketing that not to neglect grievances of customers in anyway; he was taught that such negligence is also disrespect to customers.
