Ans:- Gender wage gap is the average distinction between the wage for male and female who are working. Usually the female workers are getting lower wages as compared to male workers for the same type of work.

The feminist globally demanding for the implementation of equality act and equal pay act which eliminates discrimination between male and female workers in the same work. Feminist argue that gender wage gap is existing at all levels of employment and it creates larger profits for the corporates by way of exploiting women workers and paying less wages. It creates discrimination and devision among male and female workers. Enforcing new legislation against sex discrimination in work place is the main demand being raised by the feminist globally.
