Answer) Given statement is true as MNC's have experience and expertise which takes lots of time and efforts and when they bring that expertise it is passed on to host country people as well,consider a great automobile engineer who can inspire and pass on skills to host country people, second could be the resources in terms of new processes and new materials such as a MNC could bring technology from one nation to another which might not have been possible otherwise.

Host country faces dilemma in terms of opposition within the country for privatization or for allowing MNC's instead of promoting local companies, host country also do not want to be too dependent on MNC's and finally there is a question whether MNC's will help culture of country grow or will they harm the environment.
