Or, should countries be responsible for the companies within their jurisdiction with the marketplace determining the winners and the losers.

There must a world wide system of market place rather than jurisdictions within the country in determining the Sunita and losers and this is all because of the fact that we are living in a globalised world where the trade is free and it is important for the consumers to get detailed about the product they are are purchasing. Therefore there are certain big rating agencies like Fortune 500 which tell a lot about the globalised companies and that is the reason why people find it easy to opt for the product according to the rating.
