Are you more or less inclined to give a service or a product a second chance after a bad experience?

Answer #1

I'm indeed more inclined to give the product a second chance because almost ll the reputed companies have majority of products under the confirming range except a few defective ones where I was unlucky to get the defective one the previous time but this doesn't always happens so I would opt for it. In the service sector, a bad experience literally means a test to your patience as well as your ego which doesn't make you to opt for it once again on the whole.
