A) using alternative to these resources like clean energy at the place of fossil energy, management of human resources and convert them into Skilld human capital as this resources is of greater importance than any other for example Japan, import of resources etc.

B) inadequate resources : it will reflect in

poverty/hunger,unemployment, lack of health facility or quality absence, lack of quality or basic education, energy crunch as resources unavailable , water scarcity etc. ,lack of human capital.

C) Optimum utilize of resources and efficient use and effective use, reusing of resources, recycling of resources , providing of alternative of resources, equitable use of resources, import of essential resources, human capital management , create resources by boosting research and development.
