Develop an organizational behavior case. The case requires the application of behavioral principles discussed to real-life situations. It is expected that your case will be substantive in nature and will, by means of the discussion it is intended to generate, provide valuable insight into the effective practice of organizational behavior concepts. The cases you develop should be short (1/2 to 3/4 of a page, single spaced, will suffice), but they will need to be integrative -- meaning that they’ll need to deal with several of the behavioral principles. To be specific, make sure, that the scenario you create deals with at least three different behavioral concepts. Once you’ve developed your case, post three or more good (moderately challenging) discussion questions and then respond to your questions, using your knowledge of OB principles. Make sure you are comprehensive and specific in your responses.

Some principles that could be included in the short case study...

· Perception, Learning & Learning Styles, Emotions, Attitudes, Stress

· Research Methods, Diversity & Individual Differences

· Motivation

· Groups and Teams

· Decision Making & Problem Solving, Ethical Behavior in Organizations

2) what measure should be taken by MR.Raman

3) Does the measures of MR. Raman will work......

response :-

to increase the performance of the employees within the organisation he have to work upon the following measures and also have to introduce this positive aspects into or within the organization that is

internal environment as the old employees (senior employees) working on the same pace as the new joinings are working no increments were there

as there is lack of reporting system the owner have to make some teams like 10 teams and every team should have 5 employees at least and one old employee or senior employee should be in that team who would be reported by all the members of that team and that experience holder employee should report to the owner which creates a hierarchy which makes a better pyramid system which again shows a healthy organization

after making teams the owner should creates some monetary or physical incentive for the teams as per the performance of them

and some decision making rights should be given to head of the teams

also the meeting should be conducted on frequent basis so that he can recognize the performance of the employees and give motivations to the teams

These are things which lack in the organization and also these measure which stated above should be taken by the owner within the organization .

Yes, obviously that the measure is taken by the owner with respect to increase the performance within the organisation will creates the benefit in the output of complete the organization.
