Homework Answers

Answer #1

International negotiation is basicaclly the meeting of two or more social units bascially from two different countries that are attempting to come up along to define their interdependence for a buisness matter.

As it involves the interaction of people of two different countries so there are some challenges faced by the representatives. These are:

1.Language and Culture

2.Individualism of the representatives

3.Uncertainity avoidance

4.Different thinking of the representatives

If I must be sitting for setting up negotiation for my company then the most important thing that I must have kept in mind in quick adaptability of the condition and good power/ability to convince the opposite units with my buisness plans.
