Give a decision table for the following decision making process used by the academic advising office to decide whether to automatically release registration holds for students:
All students that are freshman or first-year transfers have holds on their registration records and are required to meet face-to-face with an academic advisor. All students (regardless of their level) that are on academic probation (overall GPA <2.0) or received and early academic warning during the current semester have holds on their registration records and are required to meet face-to-face with an academic advisor. Seniors that already performed their senior audits have their registration holds automatically released and do not need to meet with an academic advisor. All remaining students (those that do not fall under any of the previous categories) are grouped into two groups: students that have a GPA >= 3.0 have their registration holds automatically released and do not need to meet with an academic advisor. Students with a GPA < 3.0 but above 2.0 have a hold on their registration record and are required to have a phone meeting with an academic advisor.
