Answer #1

Epicureanism-

A philosophical fraternity/ school pioneered by Epicurus in Athens.

According to this philosophy, pleasure is considered to be the highest good.

Mental and psychological pleasure is treated/ belived to be more significant and worthy.

Freedom from the thoughts of death was considered as a crucial facet of the ultimate pleasure.

But unfortunately, epicureanism was supposed to be linked with only sensual and physical pleasures by those who misinterpreted it because of the superficial acquaintance.

For example, pleasure allied with food and drinks etc.
