You are NOT required to draw the swimlanes. A student who wants to graduate at AB College starts off at graduation application status. The student must first approach the Academic Unit to verify all the required subjects have been passed. Then the student can approach the Library Unit and the Security Unit simultaneously. The student has to provide them copies of the verification letter from the Academic Department. Only after getting the clearance letters from the Library and Security Units, the student may approach the Finance Unit. If there are outstanding fees, the student has to settle them. For a student under scholarship, the student may request the scholarship body to clear those fees. For a student without scholarship, the student must make the payment. Once all is cleared, Finance Unit will issue an “all-cleared” letter and the student will pass it back to the Academic Unit. Once received, the student will be placed into the upcoming convocation’s graduating students list.
