Acme Manufacturing, a small, manufacturing company with roughly 60 employees, is undergoing a change in leadership. Bud Acme started the company 45 years ago and has been heavily involved with the day to day operations ever since. Bud has decided to retire (for good this time) and pass the company down to his son Mack, and daughter Evelyn. Mack and Evelyn (M&E) both want to bring the day to day operations into the 21st century and utilize technology to make things more efficient. Bud was never a "tech guy", in fact he didn't trust it, so outside of production equipment, technology was never utilized for business support processes.

Based on your initial work with Acme Manufacturing, M&E have decided to bring you back to help them implement a new Content Management System (CMS) for the company. They have some ideas about what this system will accomplish, but need your help to fully realize and implement it. This new CMS will be used by both internal employees and external customers. M&E have given you a 6 month timeline to work with. Below are the items you will need to address in your next report to M&E on implementing a new CMS:

A content management system ( CMS) is an application that is used to control web content, facilitating the creation, editing and publishing of several contributors from different places and origin. Material in a CMS is usually stored in a database and are based on a series of models, presented in a presentation layer. Their CMS will be used to store the data of the employees and let employees use the system for many function like editing and publishing some data , employees would be able to inetract with customer and use othe functiolaity of the system. This system can be used by the customer as well , to manage their data linked with the company and use the data. The project sponsor of this project should be the Mack & Evelyn because they are ones that have decided to add this system to the company and they will be oversseing the project as project sponsor.
