1. The failure of success of any new technology depend on how advanta modern of country is can be seen from many example as we can say that electrical vehicles are the new emerging technology and the most required technology in the world to safeguard the environment but because of the underdevelopment of the most countries like India, Pakistan these technology failed miserably and the second example would be of 4G network during its initial release in the world IT field in India due to the fact that country was not so advanced or modern to accept the new change and incorporate the new technology with the existing all the day today 50% of Indian users are using 3G or 2G.
