following three tasks/ activities to achieve the project
objective:
A. Requirements analysis;
B. Program design;
C. Program code.
Using the project above, explain the difference between the
two activity sequencing techniques (below) using fully labelled
diagrams:
Q.4.1.1 Activities performed serially; Q.4.1.2
Laddering.
Required:
Draw the diagrams ‐ only use letters A, B, and C instead of
using full task names in labelling the diagrams (5 marks per
diagram).
Ensure that your diagrams use correct arrows to show the
sequence of the activities (up to 3 marks)
Write down the recommended minimum number of resources
required to complete and achieve the project objective for each
technique (1 mark per diagram).
