Discuss if you get two different flow rates when two pumps were operating in parallel?
when we use two identical pumps in parallel with different floe rates then total flow rate will remain same .
for example if we use two pumps (A and B) of different flow rates like for pump A flow rate is Q1 and for pump B flow rate is Q2 and if the total flow rate is Q. then total flow rate will be equal to sum of both flow rates of the pipe A and B .
mathematically , total flow rate Q = Q1+Q2
this is because we only distributing flow rate using two pipes it will only help in increase of volumetric flow rate.
