Ozone layer is a layer in earth's stratosphere , which absorbs uv rays from sun.

Because of vehicles, refrigerators ,air conditioners etc that transmits chloro fluorocarbon to the environment these pollutes the ozone layer . there by causes depletion of ozone layer . Depletion of ozone layer causes skin cancer, cataract , etc to humans.

Firstly a hole in ozone layer was discovered in 2019.the hole starts increasing with increase in pollution levels.

Because of moc due to covid 19 pandemic no of vehicles moving on roads are decreased . The levels of pollution starts decreases. the hole in ozone layer starts healing.the condition of ozone layer is back to normal again in 2020.
