Answer #1

● Simply we can say, setback is important because the purpose of setbacks is to ensure one building does not infringe on another building's right to sunlight, ventilation, greenery and vehicular access.

Homes usually have a setback from the property boundary, so that they cannot be placed close together.

Setbacks may also allow for public utilities to access the buildings, and for access to utility meters. They help to pave a way for services, fire tender movement, vehicular or pedestrian movement etc.

So Sultanate of oman is country where ventilation, greenery access of vehicles are important so that country can more develop and looks aesthetically good.

if helpful give ?.

thank you.
