employer. Is the new employer allowed to use the developed design documents to construct

Yes, the new employer allowed to use the developed design documents to construct the same project but under the following conditions:

• The name of architect should be mentioned on the designs.
• The architect should know about that deal.

As a new employer he must make a suitable arrangements for planning ,designing and construction technic.if he had bought the land from the old employer that mean he had paid the all services.

If the architect made designs for same projecta his name still mentioned in it and he had paid for it so he should not have any legal right against the new employer.
