Ionization energy depends upon nuclear charge effect. In general: ionization energy increases left to right in periods. Ionization energy decreases down the group in periodic table. It also depends upon electric configuration half filled, full filled orbital has highest ionization enthalpy than other. Therefore, N have highest ionization enthalpy than arrange by (their increasing atomic number) from left to right ionization energy increases. Answer = N > O > C > B > Be (least ionization energy to highest)
