There is  Zero lone pair around the central atom, so the geometry of AlBr3is Trigonal Planar.

Because Central atom i.e. Al do not have any lone pair of electrons, therefore no lone pair - lone pair and lone pair - bond pair repulsions are possible in AlBr3 . Hence geometry ( i.e. Electronic as well as molecular geometry ) of AlBr3 is Trigonal Planar.
