anode : Fe (s) --------------> Fe+2 + 2e-                Eo = - 0.44 V

cathode : 2Ag+ + 2e-   -------------> 2 Ag (s)           Eo = + 0.80 V

Eo cell = Eocathode - Eo anode

            = 0.80 - (- 0.44)

            = 1.24 V

standard potential Eo = 1.24 V
