Glutamine phosphoribosylpyrophosphate (PRPP) amidotransferase.This  enzyme responsible for catalyze the conversion of 5-phosphoribosyl-1-pyrophosphate(PRPP) into 5-phosphoribosyl-1-amine (PRA).The nitrogen source of this reaction is the amide group of glutamine as with many other biosynthetic enzyme.the enzyme exist an open inactive conformer without Ligand.

Ribose-phosphate diphosphokinase (or phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate synthetase) is an enzyme that converts ribose 5-phosphate into phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate (PRPP).The Reactions as follows:
