Flicking the syringe with the needle pointing up allows bubbles in the syringe to move to the top, which are then expelled by advancing the plunger. Visual confirmation of this is given by watching injectate fly out of the needle.
Writing of 2.00 ml instead of 2 ml in the note book shows the more accuracy of the measurement.
If we write 2.00 ml it is exactly 2,
But if we write 2 ml we will get confuse whether it is 2.1 etc and get round upto 2. So to show the accuracy of the measurement it is written as 2.00 ml
