These are three domains in which there is archae , bacteria and eukarya these are three domain which are classified in which the archaebacteria are called as the primitive or ancients bacteria.

They differ from the bacteria , although they are also prokaryotic with one single celled organisms but they dont hav nucleus and internal organelles in cell.

They also differ in rRNA and they have only one rounded chromosome.

The cell wall of the archae is not made up of the peptidoglycan while bacteria have the peptidoglycan cell wall.

So the answer is A because statement A shows the right difference between the two that bacteria cell wall contains the peptidoglycan and archae cell wall do not.

Other statements are wrong because archae dont have nucleous they have single chromosome which is found in nucleoid and so the statment B is wrong.

While nucleus are absent in both bacteria and archae and so the statement C is also wrong
