Archae bacteria and bacteria differ in their cell wall material. Because of this Archaebacteria are able to live in harsh environmental conditions such as hot spring, acidic environments etc.Archaebacteria have cell walls made of Pseudomurein. They do not have peptidoglycan cell wall. Aome archae have histones which can eb compared to eukaryotic histones. Arcahe are broadly not sensitive ot antibiotics.

C. Lack of nucleus

This is not the difference between Archae and Bacteria. Because basically both lack nucleus.
