Design a pamphlet for women regarding health assessment and screening methods. The pamphlet should explain each method, why it is performed, what it entails, and the schedule for its performance. Self-assessment techniques such as BSE and VSE should be fully explained and illustrated in the pamphlet.

BSE or breast self assessment is a self assessment exam that by passes the needless surgeries, biopsies etc. In the exam, an individual women examine her breasts for lumps or any structural deformations that might associated with a tumor. This helps in screening the breast tumor/cancer at an early stage.

VSE or vaginal self examination in a similar way is screening method to analyse any unnatural changes in the vagina, cervix or uterus. Cervical cancer can cause abnormal bleeding, deformations of the structure. Additionally, many other infections bacterial, yeast or STD may cause characteristic secretions, smell, itching, rashes which can be examined and can be further consulted with a physician or a gynaecologist
