4. some organisms have autotrophic mode of nutrition which is similar to plants and some organisms have heterotrophic mode of nutrition which is similar to animals.

5. They have some genetic similarity with animal and plants.

6. they do not have cell wall as animals so we will consider them with animal relatedness.

7. arrangmet of fibers in flagella- similar with animals and plants both.
