2. Yogurt : It is the best known healthy bacterial food suppliment. There are also many non diary yogurt variety.

3. Sauerkraut  : It is fermented cabbage rich in lactobacillus plantarum, it gives a big boost to the immune system along with lactose digestion.

4. Kombucha : It is fermented tea with a fizzy taste. It is beneficial for stomach and overall well-being. It has energy boasting and inflamatory properties.

5. Kefir : It is a fermented milk product. It contains tryptophan which relaxes our nervous system.
