Answer. Enzyme activity would quickly stop

Explanation: Enzymes are proteineous in nature. As proteins are sensitive to temperature and so as enzymes. Higher temperature disrupt the normal structure of proteins and enzymes by breaking the bonds that give protein and enzymes a specific structure. The higher the temperature the faster the rate of denaturation.

Once enzymes are denatured, they cannot be renatured. A common example of denaturation in our daily life is the boiling of an egg.
