The tube-within-a-tube is a body plan is first present in adult nematodes. The body of an animal has two tube. One outer tube is body wall and other tube is digestive tract. In this type of body plan , inner tube has two opening. One is mouth and other one is anus. The fluid-filled cavity that is present between the outer body wall and the digestive tube. This body plan is called as pseudocoelom . Food is digested and nutrients get absorbed in the inside tube that is digestive tract.
