2.Three common risk factors to cause breast and prostate cancers are family history of breast and prostate cancer , age and lack of physical activity. Only risk factors for breast cancers are obesity, taking estrogen alone and high alcohol consumption. Only risk factors for prostate cancers are agent orange exposure, tall height, family histoty of breast and ovarian cancer(HBOC). HOXB13 gene mutation causes the prostate cancer. HOXB13 is belongs to the homeobox gene family which encode the conserved trascription factor and play a important role in morphogenesis and BRCA1 gene mutation causes the breast cancer. BRCA1 protein play a vital role in DNA repair and repaired the DNA damage and induced the synthesis of tumor supressor protein.
