Kin selection favours the reproductive success of the relatives of an organism at cost of organisms own survival and reproductive success that is in kin selection a positive (+) selection for certain alleles occur indirectly through enhancing the reproductive success of genetic relatives of the individual having such allele.

Example- Eusociety of honeybee ants and termites etc.

In haplodiploidy system the female(Diploid 2n) favours the nourishment of the progeny of their sister as such system sisters have greater genetic relatidness(75%) than the mother daughter genetic relatedness (50%).
