Kinship is everyday social relationship that an individual shares with the people around them, it promotes wellness and positivity. Whereas Cronyism is favoring friends by appointing in position in organizations using one's power and authority without looking into their actual qualifications and eligibility. In daily life we favor our friends by suggesting and promoting their names at various positions to which we have an influence.

Kinship encourages altruism, we sacrifice our selfish desired or stretch out our comfort zones for the happiness of our dear ones in everyday life.
