1) The wings of the fruit fly are a great example of how seemingly endless varieties of patterns occurs.

2) Pax-6 protein has many adverse effects on the other genes. It is responsible in building the body and body parts. Pax-6 is not responsible just in eye function, but it has a significant role in constructing parts of the brain and nose in mammals.

3) Segments are the building blocks of arthropods (insects, spiders, crustaceans, centipedes), and vertebrae are the building blocks of the vertebrates. Many structures are reiterated that emerge from these blocks, including the many appendages of arthropods (legs, claws, wings, antennae, etc.) and the ribs of vertebrates.
