Nematomorphs: these are phylum of parasitoid animals and superficially similar to nematodes. They lack the hydrostatic skeleton.

Nematodes: these are the round worm. They have hydrosystic skeleton that help in their movement and locomotion. The body wall of nematodes is known as hydrostatic skeleton.

Cestodes: these are parasitic flatworms. These parasitic animals do not have hydrophobic skeleton.

Monogeneans: these are group of ectoparasitic parasites. These animals do not have hydrostatic skeleton.

Trematodes: these are the parasitic flukeworms. These animals do have hydrostatic skeleton.
