A) The natural habitat of lichen is very diverse that ranges from Alpine region too hot dessert region. They can even be found in article and antartic regions. Lichens are also present in Rocky coastal areas, tundra regions as well as in areas containing toxic substances.

B) Lichens are basically autotrophic in nature. Since they are derived from cynobacteria so they are capable of synthesising it's own food through photosynthesis process. Lichens lives in a symbiotic association with fungi to support it's growth as well as survival of that fungal species.

C) Lichen moves by invading their nearby areas with the help of it's filamentous roots.
