When a person gets older , they are more prone to diseases.

According to National Institute On Aging--- A dialy Meditation and excercise can reduce the stress levels which inturns reduces the risk of getting cancer and many other diseased conditions. Because most of the cancers are trigged by stress.

Secondly , Eating a leafy vegetables and fruits and maintaing a healthy diet is very important ,it will boost the immune system to fight back the diseased conditions, one gets older.
