If calculated value is greater than tabulated value you reject it.

In statistical analysis, the null hypothesis states that there is no significant difference between three populations, or between a sample and its representative population. In other words, any difference is due to sampling error which can be explained. Rejection of the null hypothesis is to say that the calculations performed (p-value, ANOVA, etc) suggest that there is a real difference between the populations or between the population and the sample. At that point, the question becomes what those differences are and why there is a difference.
