Answer #1

Answer - In the pathway of hearing ,sound waves travels from the tympanic membrane to the ossicles

Hearing is the process by which the sound vibrations in the external environnment transforms into nerve impulses that are conveyed to the brain .In the process of hearing the sound waves travel through a narrow passage called earcanal and gets into the eardrum.Due to the effect of soundwaves the eardrum vibrates and these vibrations are send to the three tiny bones in the middle ear. These are called ossicles in the middle ear. They are malleus, incus and stapes..This allows the transfer of sound into the fluid filled inner ear ,called cochlea.Once they reaches cochlea they are converted into electrical impulses.
