Satiety is the feeling of fullfillness or satisfied after eating. Satiety is controlled by the ventromedial centre of hypothalamus .whenever we feel hungry, intake amount of food increases, in order to supply the energy and which is controlled by the brain to ensure the intake of sufficient amount of food .When we have taken sufficient amount of food ,the satiety will suppress for a duration of time. and when the satiety centre stimulated ,we start feeling hungry and intake of food will be increased on next meal.
