Epinephrine is considered as catecholamines which primarly action is to increase cardiac output and rise glood glucose level. This will help to reduce the shock. Hypovolemic and cardiogenic shock can be relieved by use of epinephrine because of epinephrine increases the cardiac output this will reduce the lacking of blood in the body and increased amount of glucose in the blood will help to produce energy in activities.
