  3. Specifically reducing her centre of gravity at the time of her landing by flexing at the knee and hip points and creating a low arm position . This will help to maintain balance while landing
  4. Slightly wrapping her feet around the beam will add to the ability to produce large torque in opposition to a potential falling direction of the individual. This increase in torque even if it is a slight increase can improve the stability while landing
