  2. Placing the feet in a specific manner will help her to maintain more stability and will also help to increse the surface are of her contact which will increase her stability.
  3. Specifically reducing her centre of gravity at the time of her landing by flexing at the knee and hip points and creating a low arm position . This will help to maintain balance while landing
  4. Slightly wrapping her feet around the beam will add to the ability to produce large torque in opposition to a potential falling direction of the individual. This increase in torque even if it is a slight increase can improve the stability while landing
